Give exact location of proposed blind by course and distance from a known natural monument susceptible of defined and exact location( GPS co-ordinances optional ). Unless all the information for above is given, the application may not receive consideration. It must be filed with the Clerk of the Game Commission,  P.O. Box 279,  Knotts Island, NC. 27950 between July 15th and August 1st or post marked by August 1st.  Any Float or Bush blind application submitted or Post Marked after August 1 will not receive consideration.

The following  Non-refundable fees must accompany new applications:

North Carolina Resident Application fee of $ 25.00 Plus $ 10.00 Processing Fee Per Application

North Carolina Resident Total Fee $35.00 Per Application

Non-Resident Application fee of $250.00 Plus $10.00 Processing Fee Per Application

Non-Resident Total Fee $260.00 Per Application

The above named applicant, being first duly sworn, makes oath and says: That he has read the forgoing application and that the information therein contained is true of his own knowledge, and the license therein applied for, if granted, and the blind so licensed, will be used personally by the applicant and his guest or sportsman for hunting and will not be assigned or rented for any consideration unless the applicant be a guide accompanying sportsman.

The clerk will be at the Game Commission’s Attorney’s Office (Brumsey & Brumsey) between 11 am and 3 P.M. on July 22nd, 24th, 29th and August 2nd.
